A holding and management company located in Kuta – Bali, manages and owns five hotels, numbers of restaurants and others business related around Bali is currently seeking a "Corporate E-commerce Coordinator" (hotel).

• To manage content, optimisation and web analytics for all of the hotel's websites.
• To ensure that the websites are aligned to the overall marketing programmes in terms of customer acquisition, retention and referral.
  
• To manage all e-communications with all e-channels distribution in a way that supports the overall hotels values.
• Train and coach internal staff to assist with content management.
• Enhance the user's web experience with fresh graphic and design ideas.
• Develop, implement and manage search engine marketing and SEO strategies to increase online traffic, including Meta tag optimization and usage of alt tags.
• Analyze online marketing, email marketing and website user behavior to provide recommendations to improve site performance, marketing programs, and our customers’ digital experience to meet business performance goals.

• Male / Female, at least 23 years old.
• Diploma or bachelor degree in related fields.
• Creative and willing to learn new skills.
• One year or more working experience in similar position.
• Understanding of the relationship between commerce, content and community within an e-commerce framework and the use of viral marketing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of web site construction would be beneficial but not essential.
• Dynamic self-starter who understands the role of marketing in revenue generation.
• An understanding of hotel/travel industry dynamics is preferable but not essential.
• Team Player with good communication skills
